Wise is seeking a strategic Finance Business Partner to join the FP&A team in London. You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape long-term plans, drive planning and forecast headcount and operating costs, and develop models and reports to analyse Wise's cost base.
You will provide deep dives on key metrics, communicate results to department leads and leadership, and help steer growth, cost management, and pricing strategies while maintaining autonomy on your path to success.
