Current banking systems don't let us send, spend or receive money across borders easily. So, we’re building a new one. And, we need a talented Software Engineer to join our mission.

We own and continuously develop payment system integrations such as FPS and Bacs, as well as Open Banking account information and payment initiation. We work on reducing risk, improving resilience, keeping our integrations healthy, and enabling new integrations in the future. We work with banking and payment operations teams, automating their manual workflows.

  • A strong product mindset, prioritising work with the customers in mind and making data-driven decisions.
  • Sense of ownership and great communication skills to drive projects across teams.
  • Great Java knowledge, experience with Spring framework and microservices best practices.
  • Belief in and adherence to best coding practices, code reviews and open feedback.
  • Enjoyment in writing testable code and belief in Test Driven Development.
  • Experience working with relational databases, query optimisation and designing schemas.
