Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. Min fees. Max ease. Full speed. Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Product Marketing Manager to join the Banks product team. You will turn customer, market and competitive insight into better product decisions, differentiated positioning and tiered go-to-market plans that drive adoption and commercial results.

Embedded in the product team, you will work closely with Marketing, Sales Enablement, Sales, Account Management and regional teams. You will develop the technical depth to explain Wise Platform to commercial and technical buyers, while bringing buyer evidence into discovery, planning and launch decisions.

Your primary outputs will be buyer- and market-facing, but your impact begins earlier. You will own the audience, positioning, source messaging, brief, priorities, quality bar and intended outcome. A dedicated Content Marketing Manager will create content and run campaigns, while Sales Enablement will produce, publish, train and maintain seller-facing material. This is a senior individual-contributor role.

Your mission:

  • Build a continuous view of priority customers, buyers, buying journeys, competitors and evidence gaps through direct research, win or loss analysis, and close work with Product and commercial teams.
  • Turn customer and market evidence into specific product and GTM recommendations before priorities or solutions are fixed.
  • Define and validate positioning, value propositions, Ideal Customer Profiles, buyer roles, messaging frameworks and proof for priority Wise Platform offers.
  • Translate complex cross-border payment capabilities into accurate, solution-led narratives for enterprise buyers.
  • Create a tiered GTM model: full launches for the highest-priority initiatives, targeted support for the next tier, and accurate documentation or release communication for lower-impact changes.
  • Set campaign strategy and source messaging, then brief Content, Web, Design, Social, PR, Events and regional teams with clear owners, acceptance criteria and success measures.
  • Give Sales Enablement the narrative, proof, discovery insight and launch requirements needed to build seller plays, training and qualification guidance.
  • Create shared scorecards covering readiness, seller activation, target accounts worked, qualified demand, opportunities, adoption, usage and commercial results. Use the evidence to decide what to stop, improve or scale.
  • Support analyst and investor engagement with positioning, product collateral, proof and bespoke material when required, and bring relevant feedback back into Product and GTM decisions.

This role will give you the opportunity to:

  • Establish the Banks product-marketing operating model from the ground up as a senior individual contributor.
  • Influence both what Wise Platform builds and how it goes to market.
  • Shape how banks, fintechs and global enterprises evaluate and adopt embedded cross-border payments.
  • Work with product, commercial and specialist marketing teams across regions without needing a large team of direct reports.
  • Build reusable positioning, research and GTM systems that become more valuable as Wise Platform grows.
  • Work directly with our regional teams in London, Austin, and Singapore, and connect with prospective enterprise partners globally.

A bit about you:

  • 8-10+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or a hybrid GTM role within B2B SaaS.
  • You have a strong record in product marketing for complex B2B fintech, payments or financial infrastructure.
  • Background in a fast-paced startup, scale-up, or early-stage environment (Series A to Series C) building GTM frameworks and positioning from zero.
  • Proven ability to construct messaging architectures, value propositions, and ICP definitions from scratch for complex B2B/enterprise buyers.
  • Expert at connecting top-of-funnel thought leadership directly to bottom-of-funnel evaluation assets that drive buyer interest and pipeline.
  • Proficiency in navigating CRM tools.
  • Ability to operate at a high strategic level while staying hands-on with tactical execution in a lean environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills across product management, commercial teams, and senior regional/global leadership.

Nice to have:

  • Direct experience in cross-border payments (FX, transaction banking, embedded finance).
  • Prior experience marketing software solutions directly to banks or financial institutions.
  • Experience managing analyst relations and category briefings.

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary and stock options package.
  • Flexible working policies and "Me Days" / "Mission Days".
  • Sabbatical leave after 4 years of service.
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
