Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money. We’re looking for a Senior Analyst who is passionate about our mission of Money Without Borders to join our LATAM MEA expansion product team to help drive data-driven decisions that would support building and scaling our Wise products across markets in LATAM & MEA.
Drive KPI Performance: You’ll partner with Product Managers and other Analysts to develop KPIs for our expansion markets and monitor the impact of new product features on them. Identify and action opportunities to enhance the team's key performance indicators (KPIs). Conduct analysis including forecasting, discovery analysis, and experimentation to support new product rollouts.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Influence product decisions with robust and actionable data insights. Build and present compelling data-driven arguments to establish conviction and support within the team.
Development of Data Assets: Construct and maintain valuable data assets to aid the team in diagnosing issues and understanding product impacts. Ensure data assets are accessible and effectively utilised by the team to enhance product and customer insights.
Grow as a Product Analyst: Grow and inspire your team and others across Wise. Get amazing exposure to the full breadth and depth of our product while working with a group of multi-disciplinary teams of amazing, smart and dedicated product analysts, engineers, product managers, researchers, designers and many more.
Strong analytical mind and product intuition, centered around the banking and financial industry. Technical skill-set in Python, advanced SQL, BI tools. Relevant experience in a data-driven and complex environment with limited guidance. Understanding of events data - Mixpanel / Google Analytics / Amplitude or similar. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to translate data into compelling narratives. You can take work beyond the analysis and get things done. Experience with user-facing products and data.
