Job DescriptionAbout The RoleWe're looking for a Senior Analyst who's passionate about our mission – Money Without
Borders – to join our Global Coverage Product team (Regional Expansion Tribe).The Global Coverage team drives rapid expansion of the currencies and transfer methods Wise
supports. In this role, you'll use data and insights to drive product decisions that will help our
customers send money anywhere in the world with minimal cost and maximum ease.
How you'll contribute: Drive KPI Performance: You'll partner with Product Managers, Engineers and other Analysts to develop KPIs and metrics for the teamIdentify and action opportunities to enhance the team's key performance indicators (KPIs).Help to continuously improve product metricsAnalytical Leadership in Product Launches: Serve as the primary analytical point of contact for product launches within the teamConduct analysis including forecasting, discovery analysis, and experimentation to support new product rolloutsData-Driven Decision Making: Influence product decisions with robust and actionable data insightsBuild and present compelling data-driven arguments to establish conviction and support within the teamYou'll make contributions to the wider product goals of the company to achieve our Mission: Money without bordersDevelopment of Data Assets: Construct and maintain valuable data assets to aid the team in diagnosing issues and understanding product impactsEnsure data assets are accessible and effectively utilised by the team to enhanceproduct and customer insightsThis role will give you the opportunity to: Choose your path to impact – we believe people are most empowered when they contact independently.

About You:
Strong analytical mind and product led environments in the FinTech or Financial Industry Technical skill-set in Python, advanced SQL, BI toolsExperience working with technical teams (PMs, engineers, analysts)Relevant experience in a data driven and complex environment with limited guidanceUnderstanding of events data - Mixpanel / Google Analytics / Amplitude or similarStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to translate data into compelling narrativesEntrepreneurial mentality: You can take work beyond the analysis and drive outcomes.
