We’re looking for several Senior Product Analysts to join Wise Business, our international business account. The Wise Business account helps small and medium-sized businesses across the world focus on what matters most to them: growth. An increasing share of our 625,000+ business customers – and the 45,000+ businesses that join them every month – trust Wise with their day-to-day finances.

We are hiring Senior Product Analysts for several teams:

  • Recurring Payins: We’re building a new product that will allow businesses to automate recurring pay-ins into their account(s) making it easier for them to collect revenue automatically and repeatedly.
  • Expense Management: Time is money, and small businesses cannot waste theirs. The business expense management team simplifies global expense management for small businesses. They offer a solution that allows businesses to manage their team's spending in minutes, and maintain full control over international expenses.

As the analyst for either role, you’ll have the amazing opportunity to help build the product from the ground up by partnering closely with the Product Manager and Engineering Lead, driving the strategic direction, feature prioritization, and optimization of the entire product lifecycle – from initial concept to global scale.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Strategy & Metrics
    • Own the Numbers: Define, track, and socialize the core KPIs and OKRs for your product.
    • Enable Data: Own necessary data logging and pipelines are built for accurate product tracking.
    • Drive Insights: Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify key opportunities, risks, and areas for optimization across the product funnel and influence decisions in your team through data.
  • Execution
    • Prioritize the Roadmap: Quantify the expected impact of potential features to help the Product Manager focus on the highest-value initiatives.
  • Partnership & Communication
    • Be the Expert: Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for the Product Team and broader leadership/stakeholders.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Expert-level SQL skills with experience querying, manipulating and transforming large, complex, and relational datasets into functional pipelines.
  • Experience designing and building automated data pipelines and transformations.
  • Strong product thinking skills with the ability to translate understanding customer needs into defining the right problem statements, success metrics, and opportunity sizing.
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts that can ideally be leveraged through programming language (e.g. Python or R).
  • Exceptional ability to translate raw data into clear narratives, business insights with the use of BI tooling (Looker/Tableau/Power BI), and actionable product decisions for technical and non-technical audiences.

NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL

  • Prior experience successfully launching a net-new product or product line (greenfield initiative).
  • Prior experience in the B2B space understanding business customers' financial and expense management needs.
  • Familiarity with financial data reconciliation, risk analysis, or regulatory compliance within the FinTech space.
  • Experience designing, launching, and analyzing A/B tests in a high-volume product environment to drive measurable feature improvements.
