As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money. The Wise Business account helps small and medium-sized businesses across the world focus on what matters most to them: growth. You’ll have the amazing opportunity to help build the product from the ground up by partnering closely with the Product Manager and Engineering Lead, driving the strategic direction, feature prioritization, and optimization of the entire product lifecycle – from initial concept to global scale.
- Enable Data: Own necessary data logging and ensure pipelines are built for accurate product tracking.
- Drive Insights: Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify key opportunities, risks, and areas for optimization across the product funnel and influence decisions in your team through data.
- Quantify the expected impact of potential features to help the Product Manager focus on the highest-value initiatives.
Expert-level SQL skills with experience querying, manipulating and transforming large, complex, and relational datasets into functional pipelines. Experience designing and building automated data pipelines and transformations. Strong understanding of statistical concepts that can ideally be leveraged through programming language (e.g. Python or R).
Exceptional ability to translate raw data into clear narratives, business insights with the use of BI tooling (Looker/Tableau/Power BI), and actionable product decisions for technical and non-technical audiences. Prior experience successfully launching a net-new product or product line (greenfield initiative). Prior experience in the B2B space understanding business customers' financial and expense management needs. Familiarity with financial data reconciliation, risk analysis, or regulatory compliance within the FinTech space.
