As we scale, we're building out the FP&A function for Wise Platform—and we need someone to own our financial narrative.We're looking for a Finance Senior Manager to join our fast-growing team in London. You'll own financial reporting and forecasting for Wise Platform, working at the intersection of Analytics, Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance teams.You'll shape the narrative we tell about Wise Platform's financial performance and work with teams across the business to improve forecast accuracy. This is a high-impact role where you'll:Own the financial story for one of Wise's fastest-growing business areasWork directly with senior leadership across the organisationBuild forecasting frameworks and models from the ground upHave real ownership and autonomy from day oneWhat you'll doOwn financial reporting and narrative:Lead the Monthly Financial Review meeting for Wise Platform, presenting performance against forecast to leadership across the businessCreate clear insights into performance and commercial strategy of Wise PlatformTranslate complex financial data into compelling narratives for senior stakeholdersDrive forecasting excellence:Own the methodology for financial forecasting, coordinating with different teams to gather inputs across all parts of the P&LBuild and manage integrated financial models from scratchIdentify and resolve gaps within the forecast to improve accuracyEnable strategic decision-making:Work with Revenue Operations to build and track payback models across different regions and teamsContribute to the long-range financial plan of Wise Platform—support the 5-year forecast process, identifying opportunities for improvementDrive Finance Transformation & Strategic Projects—contribute to cross-functional initiatives including process redesign and implementation of new planning toolsWhat we're looking forExperience & background:7+ years of experience in strategic FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field—ideally within B2B fintech or high-growth tech environments (we're open to other backgrounds if you can demonstrate the technical skill set for this role)Strong track record building complex forecasting models and presenting financial narratives to senior stakeholdersDeep expertise in financial modelling—you're comfortable building and managing integrated models from scratchSkills & approach:B2B commercial finance experience, ideally within fintech or financial servicesCommunication excellence—you can express complex concepts simply, whether in a presentation, a model, or a conversationStakeholder management—you work effectively with Senior Finance Directors and VPs, bringing clarity, confidence, and credibilityPrioritisation instincts—you know the difference between what's important and what's noise, and you act accordinglyInfluence and collaboration—you bring people on the journey and help teams understand Finance needs and perspectivesComfort working in fast-paced environments and getting into the details—whether that's working with data or understanding how products workBonus points for:Experience with SQL, Python, and visualisation dashboardsExperience leveraging AI tools for financial analysisBackground in high-growth tech or financial services environmentsWhy join Wise Platform?Shape how we understand and communicate Wise Platform's financial performanceBuild from scratch: Work directly with Finance Directors, VPs, and senior leadership across the organisationReal impact: Help us achieve Mission Zero—money without borders, moving instantly, transparently, and eventually for freeAdditional InformationFor everyone, everywhere.
