As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money.

We're looking for a Senior Analyst to spearhead the way we identify, manage and mitigate risks in Wise Platform.

This role will be focussed on proactively identifying compliance gaps, creating transaction monitoring rules to identify suspicious activity, and building out reporting that demonstrates our effectiveness in preventing financial crime.

To achieve this, you will partner with Product, Product Compliance, Fincrime (Fraud, Screening and AML), KYC, and Business Operations teams to proactively identify and mitigate new and emerging risks.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGYou will conduct exploratory data analysis to inform, develop and fine tune our controls, maximising their effectiveness and precision to detect and prevent suspicious activity occurring on our platform.

You will work closely with our Partner Risk Monitoring (PRM) team to ensure they have the tools they need to monitor emerging partner risks and ensure that all partner activity is within our risk appetite You will contribute to our Financial Crime reporting and analysis in Wise Platform, defining and maintaining Fincrime KRIs, performing deep dives and making recommendations to enable us to effectively monitor and mitigate partner risks.
