Company Description
Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. Min fees. Max ease. Full speed. Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money. As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money. For everyone, everywhere. Wise Platform operates like a mini SaaS startup within the larger scale-up of Wise, empowering financial institutions and businesses to seamlessly integrate and offer Wise services through our API.
The role:
Sales Coordinators (SCs) are a critical engine for growth within the EMEA Commercial team. By supporting Business Developers (BDs) across Europe, this role reduces time to revenue, improves conversion ratios, and enables higher-quality engagements. Ultimately, the SC role drives BD efficiency and allows the team to manage a greater volume of opportunities. While the BD maintains ultimate responsibility for the deal, the Sales Coordinator acts as a force multiplier—optimizing processes, enhancing sales tools, and managing the heavy lifting of the sales lifecycle to ensure deals close better and faster. The role works cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Delivery and other Sales Coordinators.
Your Mission:
- Pipeline development & deal acceleration directly supporting BDs across all deal stages: outbound prospecting, pitching, product scoping, commercial negotiations, and contracting.
- Assisting with rigorous due diligence and project governance throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Removing administrative and operational bottlenecks for the BD team.
- Supporting strategic accounts by working on specific, named opportunities and target accounts to build deep institutional knowledge.
- Owning specific workstreams within a deal to ensure momentum is maintained.
- Developing and improving sales materials and tools to ensure the team is always "pitch-ready."
- Managing attendee lists and logistics to ensure maximum commercial impact and presence at key industry gatherings.
- Implementing more efficient sales processes to streamline the journey from lead to contract.
Qualifications
- German speaker.
- Strategic prospecting & research experience: using tools (like LinkedIn) to identify high-value targets, map out decision-makers and build stakeholder maps.
- High-impact outreach: executing punchy, high-volume cold emails and calls that cut through the noise to build a healthy sales pipeline from scratch.
- Internal stakeholder management: Acting as the "glue" between Sales, Product, and Finance—using data and persuasion to align teams and get internal buy-in on key deals or features.
- Pipeline architecture & organization: Building and managing the pipeline and supporting deals through the Sales cycle.
- Agile problem-solving: Identifying and fixing "first-time" bottlenecks with speed and minimal oversight.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills: focused on bringing a group of individuals together to achieve a shared goal.
For everyone, everywhere. We’re people building money without borders — without judgement or prejudice, too. We believe teams are strongest when they are diverse, equitable and inclusive. We’re proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences. Inclusive teams help us live our values and make sure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to contribute towards our mission and able to progress in their careers.
