Job Description The Recruitment Excellence Lead is a strategic leadership role responsible for directing and building a strategic Recruitment Excellence Function.
This role bridges the gap between Talent Operations, People functions, and broader business strategy, focusing on scaling talent operations, driving governance, and managing complex vendor relationships.
As the architect of this function, the Lead will define the operational standards that govern how the organisation attracts and hires talent at scale.
By centralising expertise and operational rigour, the role ensures that recruitment processes are not only efficient but also resilient and adaptable to changing market conditions.
The Lead acts as the connective tissue between high-level People strategy and the day-to-day execution of Talent Acquisition, ensuring that the infrastructure supporting our hiring efforts is world-class.

You will drive operational excellence, ensure data-driven decision-making, and act as a key partner to Talent, People, and Business Leads to support organisational growth.

Operational Oversight & Support: Lead the strategic approach for Customised Reporting across all Talent platforms to provide stakeholders with data-driven, actionable intelligence.
Manage the resolution of high-level escalated tickets, guaranteeing efficient and successful outcomes, with a specific focus on supporting the Talent department.
Governance & Performance: Design and implement auditing frameworks for governance and performance to safeguard compliance, uphold quality, and drive operational effectiveness.
Direct recruitment capacity planning alongside Talent Acquisition teams, establishing a collaborative operating model across functions and regions to manage peak demand efficiently without compromising quality or requiring excessive resources.
Steward relationships with vendors and panels to secure high-tier performance and consistent service delivery.
Lead the strategy and execution of Contingent Workforce and RPO management for maximum optimisation.
Demonstrated success in managing a Centre of Excellence (COE) or a similar operational recruitment leadership function Experience in overseeing RPO, vendor panels, and contingent workforce management.
Established history as a business partner and strategic consultant to senior executives.
Strong analytical skills, specifically in governance, auditing, and navigating intricate operational challenges.
Prior experience in Project Management is considered beneficial.
