hackajob is collaborating with Wise to connect them with exceptional professionals for this role.
Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. Min fees. Max ease. Full speed.
Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.
At Wise we’re building money without borders, for people without borders. Our mission is to make moving money around the world instant, transparent, convenient, and eventually free. Wise now has millions of customers all over the world who trust us to manage their money and make it easier to live an international life. Sending, receiving, spending, and holding – anywhere in the world.
The “discoverability” of Wise is critical to this mission. For millions of people, the website and logged-out experience is the very first touchpoint. This is where they learn what Wise is, how Wise can help them, and why they should choose us over others. We’re looking for a Product Marketing Lead to own how we position Wise across our logged-out and discovery surfaces globally as well as locally.
As part of the Discovery product team, you’ll own how Wise is positioned to potential customers at the very start of their journey. You keep a close eye on micro and macro trends, mapping what people expect when they look for financial solutions and shaping the product and content to meet those expectations. Working closely with design, research, SEO, and regional teams, you’ll drive adoption through clear value propositions and strong positioning across our logged-out website, landing pages, and acquisition surfaces.
You’ll work with marketing to build awareness and conversion campaigns that connect with customers in our main markets. Whether it’s through homepage, or SEO-driven content, your job is to make sure people understand what Wise can offer them, and why Wise is ultimately the smart choice.
You’ll keep your finger on the pulse of how customers perceive us. That means listening to customer feedback, monitoring competitive moves, and making sure the team understands what resonates and what doesn’t. You’ll translate these insights into clear positioning frameworks that inform logged out surfaces and product narratives that shape both acquisition and onboarding.
We believe teams are strongest when they are diverse, equitable and inclusive. We’re proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences. Inclusive teams help us live our values and make sure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to contribute towards our mission and able to progress in their careers.
