Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money. The Marketing Platform team owns the technical infrastructure behind how Wise acquires and communicates with customers, spanning tracking and attribution, CRM tooling, paid channel integrations, and data privacy compliance.

Day to day, you will act as the architect of our data ecosystem, ensuring that tracking infrastructure remains accurate and compliant while driving a roadmap that holds up in a privacy-regulated, multi-market environment. Working closely with the Marketing Martech lead, you will empower our marketing teams by architecting our Customer Data Products, providing the foundational platform that enables data to flow from internal warehouses to global ad platforms.

You are responsible for transforming the marketing stack into a high-visibility Customer Data Platform, ensuring the transparency and accuracy required to prove ROI on global campaigns and translating technical risks into clear business impacts for executive leadership.

  • CRM & Marketing Channel Support: Act as the primary PM interface for CRM and marketing teams, translating operational needs into well-scoped technical requirements. Support Braze as our lifecycle marketing platform, including SDK deployment and behavioural signal capture. Maintain vendor data pipelines, and the customer rate-alerts product.
  • Privacy, Compliance & Data Governance: Manage data retention and deletion obligations across the stack, including ATT, SKAdNetwork, and platform-specific protocols such as Meta AMM, and own incident response when data or compliance issues arise. Maintain a clear picture of the marketing technology stack: how components interact, where dependencies and risks sit, and what the roadmap should be. Lead vendor evaluations, navigate legal and security reviews, and drive signal expansion to new ad platforms, building frameworks scalable enough to onboard new channels without bespoke engineering each time. Translate technical changes into business impact for senior stakeholders, including quantifying platform or compliance risk in Contribution Margin terms.

Proven PM experience in marketing technology, data infrastructure, or a similarly technical domain. Ability to think architecturally: you can map how tools and services interact as a system, identify where the risks are, and reason about building trade-offs. Experience with data products is a plus, but systems thinking is the bar. Solid grasp of tracking and attribution fundamentals: event pipelines, pixel and SDK integrations, mobile measurement, and how data flows from device to ad platform. Working knowledge of GDPR, DMA, ATT, and how privacy regulation shapes what marketing technology can and cannot do. Demonstrable experience working closely with CRM and paid marketing teams, with a genuine understanding of what they need from the platform. Strong cross-functional communicator, able to align engineering, analytics, legal, and marketing stakeholders on complex technical topics. Hands-on experience with Braze, Singular, or Google Tag Manager, including server-side. Background in data pipeline work or warehouse-to-platform integrations.

We're people building money without borders — without judgement or prejudice, too. Inclusive teams help us live our values and make sure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to contribute towards our mission and able to progress in their careers.
