We're on a mission to make money without borders - instant, transparent, and eventually free. We're a team of people who are passionate about building the financial infrastructure of the future. The newly created Credit team is at the frontier of this mission, tasked with exploring how transparent and fair credit can empower our customers to manage their global financial lives more effectively.
The Role
As the Product Lead for Credit at Wise, you will be building Wise's first credit products. Unlike established product areas, you will be shaping Wise's product approach and capabilities in this new area. You will be creating the Credit domain, with the remit to launch Business and consumer credit cards globally and work across Wise to define the 'what's next' for other credit products. You will work with a global high performing, cross functional squad of engineers, designers and analysts, moving from strategy to the execution of high-impact pilots.
What You'll Do
- Build the "Wise Point of View": Synthesize market research, customer pain points, and regulatory landscapes to create a definitive strategic recommendation for Wise's credit roadmap.
- Be a Customer Champion: Deeply understand the credit needs of our customer base. Use data and user research to identify where traditional credit products fail them and how Wise can solve those problems uniquely.
