Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. Min fees. Max ease. Full speed. Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.

Wise Business is now becoming a substantial part of Wise's impact - we help over 700K active businesses move ~£25Bn per month and growing really fast. One of the main things we hear from our business customers is that while we help them move money by bank transfer, we don't yet have a strong solution for card and other local payment methods to get paid. That's what we are aiming to invest in now.

This is a great opportunity to take a product from 1 to 100. The domain currently consists of two teams - one owns growth and another owns risk and we have budgeted for one more team that you'll need to build immediately. And we'll keep investing and grow the domain. We know we have a right to win because we can cut cost of acquiring an international card payment by ~30-50%.

You will own the strategic direction of what we should build and how we go to market and help the teams execute on this vision. Acquiring domain is currently serving ~40K merchants with payment links and multi-currency invoices helping them get paid to ~£400M per quarter and growing 30%+ qoq. Almost all of this is non-card volume i.e. customers getting paid by 'Pay with Wise' or Bank transfers. Cards is ~30M per quarter. In upcoming quarter, we're looking to launch ecommerce checkout solutions.
