We're fixing a broken, greedy system, and putting businesses in control of their money About you: You're an accomplished Senior Product Designer with experience shipping world-class consumer products You have experience working within a regulated environment Hands on experience delivering quality work in a fast paced, engineering-led environments You enjoy systems thinking, and understanding how your work can scale globally Strong collaboration skills and experience working in cross-functional teams You're comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity — and can successfully collaborate in this environment You're with design processes and experience validating how design solves real customer problems You have exceptional design craft and a desire for quality Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback You're highly empathetic, both to customers and the people you work with Have a strong interest and foundational understanding of AI, including as part of your design process Heads up, this probably isn't for you if Your experience is mostly in marketing, advertising, or social media – and you have no hands-on experience of product design or UX.
