The AML Squad owns all anti-money laundering, terrorism financing and human exploitation typologies and risks. At the Principal PM level we expect at least 6 years of direct product management experience, ideally closer to 10. You have direct and extensive experience in building machine learning, LLM or other advanced algorithmic or data heavy products. Bonus points if this was in anti-money laundering, fraud, fincrime or trust and safety domains. You can use different data points, both qualitative and quantitative, to identify, diagnose and prioritise problems and opportunities to solve them. You are able to turn a vision into clear, tangible building blocks of a roadmap and have a clear definition of done. You have extensive experience of working in a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, analysts, data scientists and researchers.
