Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.
We’re looking for an experienced designer with strong presentation design skills (Figma/Google Slides) to join our in-house Brand and Creative team in London. You’ll bring order and craft to presentations and communications across Wise, building on-brand, scalable systems that elevate every team’s output — with the confidence to train non-designers to use what you build, and to work closely with senior and C-suite stakeholders under pressure during peak periods.
The ideal candidate is an organised self-starter with at least 4 years of experience in similar in-house teams or branding agencies. We’re looking for a designer with strong craft, communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive, eager-to-learn attitude.
Your mission is to build money without borders. Over a decade ago, we challenged the way the world moves money – cutting out hidden fees and making international finance simpler and fairer. Today, we help millions of people and businesses send, spend and manage money across countries with ease, making money simple, accessible and smart for everyone, everywhere.
The Brand and Creative team is made up of 25+ designers, motion designers, copywriters, strategists and creative ops managers based in London and Singapore. Our mission is to bring Wise’s story to life with clarity and creative excellence across every touchpoint. We work to ensure Wise is recognised and trusted worldwide, helping people and businesses move money faster, cheaper, and more transparently.
What you’ll do:
- Design presentations that strengthen our brand internally (Figma and Google Slides).
- Create visually engaging presentations for internal events and meetings, turning complex information into clear, compelling stories.
- Create and evolve our presentation templates and systems (Figma and Google Slides).
- Develop and roll out easy-to-use templates and tools that empower colleagues across Wise to create consistent, on-brand work independently.
- Design major company-wide events and conferences throughout the year.
- Collaborate with internal teams on presentations, event branding, signage, and print and digital communications—often with fast turnarounds.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders, asking the right questions and simplifying complex business and product updates, shaping them into impactful presentations for company-wide audiences.
- Support our workplace experience by partnering with the Workplace team to create signage, uniforms, and other branded materials for our offices.
- Provide design support for reports (InDesign), creating polished, on-brand reports and review materials using InDesign when needed.
- Use AI tools to accelerate your workflow, being curious and comfortable experimenting, and keen to find smarter ways of working.
This role will give you the opportunity to:
- Develop: Work with a talented and passionate bunch of designers, copywriters and animators in a feedback-friendly organisation.
- Bring clarity: Turn complexity into clear, confident narratives, working with senior and C-suite stakeholders.
- Have impact: Join our exciting mission to build money without borders and show people that Wise is the smartest way to manage their international money.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Google Slides and the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign.
- Experience with Jitter, AI tools, After Effects, and 3D is a plus.
- Ability to attend the London office 3 days a week.
Additional Information:
- 3 days a week in our London office.
- Salary: 45k to 65k dependent on experience.
- We cannot offer sponsorship for this role.
We believe teams are strongest when they are diverse, equitable and inclusive. We're proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences. Inclusive teams help us live our values and make sure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to contribute towards our mission and able to progress in their careers.
