We're on the look out for a People Communications Consultant to join us on a 6 month basis here in our London office. As a global People Communications Consultant, you will be responsible for helping employees across locations understand, trust, and adopt people programmes and changes. You’ll partner closely with teams such as Talent, People Services, Reward, DEI and People Partners to support the communication approach for all People team initiatives, ranging from global benefits and performance cycles to large-scale organisational change projects.
This role is suitable for a seasoned communications consultant who excels at jumping into projects, translating complex initiatives into compelling narratives that drive engagement and clarity for employees. You will act as a critical bridge between global leadership and our diverse workforce across our key locations and across timezones, ensuring that every message is delivered with empathy, cultural nuance, and strategic intent.
About You:
- Strong Internal Communications experience, with a significant focus on supporting HR or People teams in a global or matrixed environment
- Demonstrated experience in leading communications for large-scale change projects - you understand how to move people through the change journey from awareness to adoption
- Very comfortable working with senior stakeholders in ambiguous contexts and can navigate the complexities of a global organisation across multiple regions and time zones (APAC, EMEA, Americas)
- You have an exceptional command of English with the ability to simplify technical HR jargon into human, relatable stories
- You have a ‘cool head’ and a proven track record of managing communications for sensitive employee issues or challenging situations
- You are experienced in using Slack, Gsuite, Confluence (or similar), as well as video editing software, AI and LLMs.
