Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money. We’re looking for a proactive, data-driven Marketing Senior Manager who enjoys developing juniors and has a real passion for CTV and programmatic advertising. This role is a unique opportunity to join a team who have developed in-house capabilities across different ad platforms to help millions discover our app and web products and save money using Wise! This position is based in London (with at least 3 days per week in office).
This is an all-round, hands-on performance marketing role — you’ll be leading, scaling, and executing on direct response campaigns, using your strategic, coaching, analytical and creative skills to efficiently optimise activity, lead your people and help the team drive growth globally.
- Helping to lead and develop junior members of the team
- Evaluating creative performance and working with our Creative team to produce best-in-class assets to get the Wise story out there
- Ensuring testing processes are regularly being done (lift testing, creative, landing page, multi-cell, ad copy and more)
- Deeply understands attribution and relevant metrics to predict risks and fix infrastructure issues
- Working closely with analysts and marketing platform engineers to spot issues with data as well as opportunities to improve campaign performance
- Have experience leading a junior team and running large, successful direct response programmatic campaigns for a fast-growing business or agency, ideally across multiple markets and languages
- You are able to make autonomous decisions - You’ll have the autonomy to use what you know and learn to prioritise, take decisive actions and execute freely with the goal of improving performance
- Are a team player with strong communication skills to help lead and drive others to become better at what they do
- This means being very comfortable and confident in gathering actionable insights from data and explaining them clearly
- You are passionate about digital marketing and know what levers to pull when optimising a campaign against specific KPIs
- Have experience running programmatic mobile, display and/or video ads on a DSP
- Are proactive and able to prioritise projects on impact, with a low level of supervision
- Experience with Looker, Lightdash, Tableau or a similar data visualisation tool
