Wise is scaling its SME Corporate FX & Payouts sales motion across EMEA. You will own the commercial outcomes for Payouts in EMEA, combining hands-on selling with leadership and GTM building to drive growth.
You’ll lead and scale a small team, define ICPs, messaging, and a repeatable sales process, while partnering with Product and Marketing to sharpen positioning and collateral. Expect 2–6 month cycles and £50–100k deals, with responsibilities spanning forecasting and partner negotiations.
