We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused, and highly creative Content Marketing Manager to build, draft, and scale Wise Platform’s external content engine globally. Working directly alongside the Product Marketing Lead and Global Head of Marketing, you will act as the primary content engine for Wise Platform. You will turn complex cross-border payment capabilities into high-converting external narratives across whitepapers, case studies, blogs, executive social media, webinars, and hero campaign assets.

Your mission:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of flagship campaign assets set by leadership. Draft/edit whitepapers, write landing page copy, configure gating strategy, write channel email comms, and coordinate supporting channels of distribution (e.g. webinars and social).
  • Extract maximum content value from our flagship conference series (Wise Connect APAC, EMEA, NAM). Oversee video testimonials, blog recaps, highlight reels, and speaker script reviews.
  • Direct the organic and paid social media strategy for the main Wise Platform LinkedIn page and key Continuously execute on core content strategies - drafting and distributing whitepapers, eGuides, customer case studies, blogs, email newsletters, webinar scripts, and media partnership collateral mapped directly to each stage of the B2B buyer journey.
  • Interview internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Product Managers, Commercial Leaders, and external enterprise clients to create authoritative, educational, and thought leadership-led content.

This role will give you the opportunity to:

  • Own executive social profiles, 360 GTM campaigns, and explore new content formats.
  • Collaborate directly with Wise Platform executive leaders, commercial heads, and tier-1 banking/fintech partners globally.
  • Hone full-funnel content marketing skills under experienced senior leadership, with room to specialise or step into lead roles as the team expands.
  • Work on global GTM campaigns while collaborating closely across EMEA, APAC, and NAM teams.

Qualifications

  • 4-6+ years of hands-on B2B content marketing experience, with a strong preference for payments, paytech, or financial software experience.
  • Exceptional portfolio across both long-form and short-form assets - including whitepapers, eGuides, blogs, conversion landing pages, customer case studies, and video scripts.
  • Hands-on experience owning B2B social channels (specifically LinkedIn organic and paid via Campaign Manager) and ghost writing for executive leaders.
  • Proven track record of managing full lifecycle campaign distribution across email nurture streams, social copy, media partnerships, and blogs.
  • Deep understanding of how to connect top-of-funnel thought leadership directly to bottom-of-funnel product evaluation assets that influence commercial pipeline.
  • Ability to take top-level strategy from leads and independently drive end-to-end production without compromising on quality or brand tone.
  • Comfortable navigating CRM tools (Salesforce or HubSpot) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to track content performance and campaign distribution.

Nice to have:

  • Direct domain experience in cross-border payments (FX, transaction banking, embedded finance).
  • Experience marketing directly to banks or fintechs in an agency or fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • Basic audio and video editing skills for creating short-form social clips and teasers.
  • SEO and keyword research proficiency.
