Overview
In this role you design, build, and scale AI-driven solutions to support Wise’s Customer Support and KYC operations. You will lead end-to-end delivery from discovery to deployment, partnering with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value. You’ll operate within TGS to ensure solutions align with Wise’s architecture and data standards. This position offers a hands-on, independent footprint with high impact on operational efficiency and knowledge-sharing.

Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities with operational teams and TGS to prioritize AI-enabled automation
- Design, build and integrate AI agents using approved platforms and custom code
- Assess data readiness, source authority, quality and context for AI use cases
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Privacy, Security and Compliance during delivery
- Monitor agent performance and iterate to improve accuracy and reliability
- Document solutions and contribute to the AI knowledge wiki to enable wider adoption
Key requirements
- Practical AI implementation experience with building AI agents or automations
- Enterprise data fluency, data ownership and lineage understanding
- Systems and data integration using SQL, APIs and connectors
- Software development experience turning prototypes into maintainable software
- AI and architecture judgement for LLMs and backend fit
- Independent delivery track record from problem to delivery
- Strong communication translating needs into technical requirements
