At Wise, our Strategy Team sits at the heart of our internal creative agency across Brand, Creative, and Strategy.

We are looking for a performance-minded Lead Strategist for a 12 month maternity cover to step in and lead our creative effectiveness across paid marketing digital channels during a period of maternity cover.
We’re looking for someone digitally native, execution-obsessed, and unafraid to ‘shake things up’.
You will bring bold, distinctive creative thinking - moving beyond standard execution to invent breakthrough concepts across You Tube, Paid Social (Meta, Tik Tok), Display, Audio, and Influencers.
You are brilliant at translating data able to make confident strategic calls without complete information.
