What you'll do
- Build and maintain infrastructure to explain marketing growth drivers to the wider business.
- Identify strategic opportunities within the Marketing Financials process and partner with regional teams to execute on them.
- Automate driver analysis and create deep-dive reporting to uncover the reasons behind performance trends.
- Develop advanced analytics tools including Streamlit apps, Lightdash reporting, and AI-driven automation.
- Create growth frameworks by analyzing the marketing funnel and translating findings into global strategies.
- Balance technical precision with delivery speed to ensure data products provide clear business value.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in marketing analytics, data engineering, or insights roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Python.
- Experience with modern data stacks including dbt, Snowflake, and semantic layers like Lightdash or Looker.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical data products and marketing stakeholder needs.
- Proven track record of identifying analytical opportunities within financial or marketing processes.
Nice to have
- Experience developing data products such as custom internal tools or Streamlit applications.
- Familiarity with AI-native development workflows using tools like Cursor, Claude, or GitHub Copilot.
