We are now looking for a Cash Controller to join our Finance Team in London.
This role is a unique opportunity to have an impact on Wise’s mission by ensuring timely and accurate financial data as well as building mature processes and a scalable control environment. A bit about the role:As a Cash Controller you will be supporting the Balance Sheet Controller overseeing Wise’s financials, ensuring that Wise’s Cash balances across entities are controlled and reported accurately.
Specific responsibilities include:Execute month end controls for cash balances across regions and entities ensuring balances are recorded accurately based on cut-off policies;Support the Balance Sheet controller in developing a robust substantiation program for cash balances with particular emphasis on financial statement assertions;Conduct periodic reviews of
