What You'll Be Doing People Partnering co-create action plans with accountability Coach managers and People Partners on inclusive leadership, bias mitigation, and complex DEI-related employee matters DEI Programming comfortable delivering to large, diverse audiences Experience managing multi-jurisdiction DEI reporting and compliance (pay gap, EEO, etc.) Data fluency: you use metrics to diagnose problems, measure progress, and tell compelling stories Bias for action and accountability—you balance strategic thinking with hands on execution Desirable Experience leading or supporting employee resource groups or communities Background in fast-growth, global, or tech environments Familiarity with People systems and analytics tools Additional Information For everyone, everywhere.
