Wise is seeking a Graduate UX Researcher to join our design team in London. You’ll spend 10 months in a product team, then rotate for another year, before settling into a permanent role in the Regional Squad. You’ll be mentored by senior researchers and work with cross-functional teams to shape useful, usable customer experiences.
You’ll build empathy, apply qualitative and quantitative methods, and learn to connect insights with behavior data. Office presence is encouraged early on.
