Wise is seeking a seasoned Programme Manager to own the end-to-end Global Remediation Programme, guiding design, governance and execution across multiple teams. You will also act as the primary liaison with regulators, coordinating evidence requests and fronting communications with authorities.
The role requires deep FinCrime/AML expertise, executive presence, and the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable processes that support Wise’s growth and regulatory compliance.
