We’re looking for a Lead Product Analyst who is passionate about our mission of Money Without Borders to join our Europe & UK Regional Expansion team, to help drive data-driven decisions that would support building and scaling our Wise products across markets in Europe & UK regions.
How you’ll contribute:
- Drive KPI Performance: You’ll partner with Product Managers and other Analysts to develop KPIs for our expansion markets and monitor the impact of new product features on them. Identify and action opportunities to enhance the team's key performance indicators (KPIs). Develop and own strategies to continuously improve team metrics.
- Analytical Leadership in Product Launches: Serve as the primary analytical point of contact for product launches within the team. Conduct analysis including forecasting, discovery analysis, and experimentation to support new product rollouts.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Influence product decisions with robust and actionable data insights. Build and present compelling data-driven arguments to establish conviction and support within the team. You’ll make contributions to the wider product goals of the company to achieve our Mission: Money without borders.
- Development of Data Assets: Construct and maintain valuable data assets to aid the team in diagnosing issues and understanding product impacts. Ensure data assets are accessible and effectively utilised by the team to enhance product and customer insights.

Ideally you'll have:
- At least 6+ years of experience.
- Strong analytical mind and product intuition, centered around the banking and financial industry.
- Technical skill-set in Python, advanced SQL, BI tools.
- Experience working with technical teams (PMs, engineers, analysts).
- Relevant experience in a data-driven and complex environment with limited guidance.
- Understanding of events data - Mixpanel / Google Analytics / Amplitude or similar.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to translate data into compelling narratives.
- Hustler-mentality. You can take work beyond the analysis and get things done.
Good to have:
- Experience in the Fintech domain.
- Knowledge of utilities like Airflow/Github/DBT.
- Experience with user-facing products and data.
