Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. Min fees. Max ease. Full speed. Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.

As a Delivery Enablement Manager for Wise Platform, your mission is to empower our Partner-facing team of Solution Engineers, Presales Consultants and Implementation Managers to do their best work. You will be an operational strategist and process architect, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising the processes, tools, knowledge, and data that underpin our partner onboarding journey.

Working alongside a skilled Delivery Enablement team, you will reduce friction, improve predictability, and ensure we can deliver a world-class experience to our partners, faster and more effectively.

What you’ll do:

  • Process Optimisation: Map the end-to-end partner delivery lifecycle, from technical pre-sales and solution design to implementation and go-live. Identify bottlenecks and drive initiatives to improve the efficiency and quality of our implementations.
  • Develop & Standardise Knowledge: Create, refine, and maintain a library of implementation guides, best-practice guides, project templates, and collateral, acting as the ultimate good-practice champion for the team. Ensure the team has a clear, repeatable process for different partner segments and use cases.
  • Tooling & Systems Management: Improve the toolkit our Delivery Team uses every day. Evaluate and implement ways to automate tasks and improve reporting.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting: Iterate on and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the delivery function. You will be responsible for distilling data into actionable insights for the team and leadership, encouraging actions that drive performance.
  • Own Team Cadence & Rituals: Define, own, and facilitate the key operational rituals that make the team run effectively, such as pipeline reviews, project retrospectives, and knowledge-sharing sessions, to improve communication and alignment across our global team.
  • Training & Onboarding: Provide the right knowledge and guidance to new hires within the Delivery Team and design ongoing training programs to keep the team aligned on new processes, products, and best practices.
  • Drive Change Management: Act as a change leader within the team. Effectively manage the rollout of new processes and tools, ensuring buy-in, successful adoption, and clear communication.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Serve as a key link between the Delivery Team and other functions across Wise and Wise Platform to ensure smooth handoffs, clear communication, and effective feedback loops.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Tech Experience: A strong background in a technology environment (SaaS, PaaS, or Fintech). You understand the dynamics of a client-facing delivery or post-sales organisation.
  • Operational Excellence: Demonstrable experience in a role focused on process improvement and operational efficiency, such as Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Professional Services Operations, or as an Implementation Manager.
  • Expertise in Change Management: A proven ability to successfully introduce, manage, and embed new processes and systems within a client-facing team.
  • Process-Oriented Mindset: You are a natural systems thinker who excels at mapping complex processes, identifying inefficiencies, and designing scalable solutions.
  • Data-Driven Approach: You are highly analytical and comfortable using data to identify problems and track performance. You don’t just present data; you distill it into clear insights and encourage action to drive meaningful change. Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools is essential.
  • Strong Stakeholder Management: You can build trust and influence effectively across different teams and levels of seniority, and you are comfortable holding people accountable to ensure commitments are met.
  • Global Mindset: You have experience working effectively across a distributed, global team in different time zones.

For everyone, everywhere. We’re people building money without borders — without judgement or prejudice, too. We believe teams are strongest when they are diverse, equitable and inclusive. We’re proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences. Inclusive teams help us live our values and make sure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to contribute towards our mission and able to progress in their careers.
