Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. Min fees. Max ease. Full speed. Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money. As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money. For everyone, everywhere.

At Wise, we’re on a mission to build the best way to move and manage money internationally. We’re making financial services more fair, accessible, and affordable for people and businesses worldwide. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a CRM Technology Lead to own our tech stack (systems, tools, integrations) that powers our CRM engine. You’ll play a key role in helping us scale our CRM operations, improve customer engagement, and unlock new levels of efficiency and personalisation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology — a strategic thinker who can deeply understand our tech stack, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure our CRM platform is scalable, integrated, and ready for our future growth.

Your Mission

  • Own, develop and maintain the CRM tech stack – including platforms like Braze, internal platforms and integrations, and supporting tools.
  • Lead the CRM tech roadmap – from identifying needs to prioritising upgrades, evaluating new vendors, and managing solutions and implementation timelines.
  • Partner with engineering, data, product, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integrations, data quality, and campaign execution capabilities.
  • Act as the technical point of contact within CRM – helping marketers understand tooling constraints or opportunities and turning business needs into scalable solutions.
  • Improve CRM operations through automation, smarter tooling, better reporting infrastructure, and more efficient processes.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and regulatory standards in partnership with our legal and data teams.
  • Troubleshoot CRM systems and integrations to ensure uninterrupted access for the CRM team and flawless campaign execution.
  • Lead 1x Technical CRM Manager and develop the team based on future CRM and business needs.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of proven experience with CRM or MarTech platforms integrations (Braze, Iterable, Salesforce, Snowflake, Stripo, MovableInk, etc.).
  • Strategic mindset with proven ability to define and deliver technical roadmaps in a fast-paced, stakeholder-heavy environment.
  • Deep understanding of data flows, APIs, events, and integrations, even if you’re not the one writing the code.
  • Experience managing projects that require coordination across marketing, engineering, data, and product.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills – you can explain tech trade-offs to non-tech folks and vice versa.
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, CRM coding languages (CSS, HTML, MJML, Liquid), and SQL.

Desirable

  • Experience in fast-growing, product-driven Fintech / Financial Services companies.
  • Background in lifecycle marketing or product management.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven CRM technologies for customer segmentation, predictive analytics, ML modelling for customer insights, and personalisation.

We’re committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We believe diverse teams are stronger and more innovative. We celebrate our differences and strive to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels respected and empowered.
