We are looking for a Digital Artworker to join our Brand and Creative team. In this role, you will play a key part in helping our in-house agency produce high-volume on-brand creative across multiple channels and formats, helping Wise reach millions of existing and potential customers around the world.
The ideal candidate is an energetic, detail-oriented self-starter with at least 4 years of experience in similar in-house teams or branding agencies and strong communication skills with both peers and stakeholders. We are looking for a Creative Artworker with excellent technical skills, systematic thinking, high attention to detail, and confidence delivering at scale alongside clear communication and a positive eager-to-learn attitude.
You will team up with a designer to produce on-brand content for our Performance Marketing channels, collaborating with stakeholders, managing workflows, building templates and design systems, and delivering high-volume creative efficiently. You should be social-first in your thinking with a solid understanding of digital platforms, knowing what works across different channels and how to adapt creative across formats, behaviours, and audience expectations. Ideally, you are also comfortable experimenting with new AI tools to enhance creativity and speed up workflows.
Your mission: Wise exists to build money without borders. Over a decade ago, we challenged the way the world moves money, cutting out hidden fees and making international finance simpler and fairer. Today, we help millions of people and businesses send, spend, and manage money across countries with ease, making money simple, accessible, and smart for everyone everywhere.
The Brand and Creative team is made up of 25 designers, motion designers, copywriters, and strategists based in London. Our mission is to bring Wise's story to life with clarity and creative excellence across every touchpoint. We work to ensure Wise is recognised and trusted worldwide, helping people and businesses move money faster, cheaper, and more transparently.
As a Creative Artworker, you will take ownership of producing and delivering performance-driven creative for our Performance Marketing channels. You will work closely with designers and stakeholders to ensure assets are delivered at scale, on-brand, and on time while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency. Your work will help drive engagement, awareness, and growth across all paid media touchpoints, and you will play an active role in ensuring our creative looks great, performs well, and aligns with Wise's brand globally.
Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of asset delivery for performance marketing projects, working closely with designers and marketing teams to execute briefs from start to finish.
- Producing and versioning high-volume creative assets for paid display and paid social channels, ensuring they are accurate, on-brand, and technically correct.
- Working on large-scale projects across multiple formats, markets, and languages including production, versioning, localisation, and template management while staying organised and communicating clearly.
- Maintaining and optimising templates and design systems to support efficient scalable production workflows (e.g. Bannerflow).
- Collaborating with the wider team, designers, marketers, and motion creatives to ensure creative is delivered efficiently and at scale.
- Staying up to date with trends and best practices in social marketing performance, creative, and production techniques to ensure assets are relevant and effective.
- Applying attention to detail and quality control at every stage, making sure all creative meets brand standards and channel requirements.
- Managing large-scale projects across multiple formats and markets including production, versioning, and localisation while staying organised and communicating clearly.
- Working with the design and marketing team to produce performance-driven creative, making informed choices that enhance engagement, strengthen our brand presence, and support campaign objectives.
What you’ll gain:
- Develop: You will be working with a talented and passionate bunch of designers, copywriters, and video editors. We are a feedback-friendly organisation and you will have loads of opportunities to learn and be challenged.
- Be creative: You will gain experience producing high-volume marketing assets, managing templates and design systems, and delivering work efficiently across formats and markets. We are looking for someone passionate and curious, using creativity to challenge and deliver confidently within the project scope.
- Have impact: You will join our exciting mission to build money without borders and show people that Wise is the smartest way to manage their international money. Your work will help drive engagement, awareness, and growth across Wise's paid marketing channels, ensuring our creative looks great, performs well, and aligns with the brand globally.
Qualifications:
- You have strong fundamentals: You have strong experience producing performance marketing campaigns and digital advertisements across multiple platforms. You are confident delivering high volumes of assets accurately, on-brand, and on time, working across multiple formats, markets, and languages.
- You can adapt existing designs, maintain templates and scalable design systems (e.g. Bannerflow), and QA assets to ensure technical accuracy and brand consistency.
- You work closely with designers, marketers, and motion teams to deliver at scale and you approach your work with curiosity, resilience, and a willingness to learn.
- You are curious: You ask questions. You don’t just take a brief at face value; you want to understand the context and are eager to learn from those around you and look for ways to improve your workflow and output.
- You are resilient and open: You view feedback as a learning tool, not criticism. You respond constructively and use guidance to improve your technical execution.
- You are a self-starter: While you appreciate guidance, you have a hunger to tackle creative challenges and the assertiveness to manage your own time on projects.
Qualifications:
- Strong production experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Excellent Figma skills and comfort working with structured files and systems.
- Experience with versioning tools (Bannerflow or similar).
- Ability to attend the London office 3 days a week.
