Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world’s money. We’re hiring the Senior Product Analytics Manager to spearhead growth in our Online Platforms Products vertical. This role will be hands-on from day one with the scope to scale the team after joining. You will be at the forefront of growth at Wise, working closely with colleagues from sales, product, engineering and more to launch products with some of the largest banks and fintechs in the world. As part of the vertical leadership team you will shape the priorities of the team, building conviction through your insights and analysis.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Analytics Manager to spearhead growth in our Online Platforms Products vertical. It’s a role that will allow you to have a big impact from day one! You will be at the forefront of growth at Wise, leading one of the newest and fastest growing product lines – earmarked as one of the biggest growth opportunities for the business. You will be working closely with colleagues from sales, product, engineering and more to launch products with some of the largest banks and fintechs in the world. As part of the vertical leadership team you will shape the priorities of the team, building conviction through your insights and analysis.
You Will Work On Answering questions such as:
- Where are our biggest growth and commercial opportunities?
- Who should we be selling our products and solutions to?
- How can we position our products to capture prospects' attention?
- What products should we be building and/or improving to unlock growth?
- What can we do to reduce time to revenue and ensure partners scale effectively?
- How can we reduce friction in the transaction lifecycle and improve our products and solutions?
A Bit About You
- You are proficient with SQL and know your way around data pipeline management tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Git, Airflow and Python.
- You have experience working in payments (preferably) or are excited about building an expert understanding of our bank products and solutions, as well as those of our competitors.
- You have experience working in a high-growth tech/product environment and have ideally worked closely with sales and product teams before.
- You understand sales cycles (ideally enterprise), are familiar with sales metrics/KPIs and have a good working knowledge of tools like Salesforce or similar.
- You are commercially minded - comfortable with opportunity sizing, forecasting and scenario modelling.
- You (preferably) have line management experience, or experience coaching or developing analysts.
- You are solution-oriented and able to own projects from start to finish.
- You are comfortable motivating stakeholders across Wise and negotiating timelines to unblock yourself and make things happen!
- You’re an expert at crafting dashboards and visualisations that bring data to life, tell a story and have diagnostic power - even better if you’ve got experience doing this in Looker/Superset.
- You have a strong track record of applying quantitative analysis to see beyond the numbers, generate actionable insights and drive the adoption of your proposed changes by influencing stakeholders.
- You are an excellent communicator, able to form your own opinions and effectively articulate them to win colleagues round to your way of thinking.
