We are seeking a creative and data-driven Senior Product Communications Strategist to join our growing CRM team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making the complicated sound simple, and producing communications that make customers feel great about using Wise. They will be extremely data-driven, and have a deep understanding of how to create engaging and effective content about our brand, our Mission and our products and services. Your mission at Wise is to make the world's money work. Over ten years ago we changed how the world moves its money. But that was just the start. Making money do more, for more people, in more places is next. Helping people get their money to where they need it and use it how they want to.
As part of the Communications Strategy team, you will work with our Product teams, Pricing team, Creative team, and CRM team, to design communications that help deliver key messages about our brand, products and pricing.
What you’ll be doing:

- You will define data-driven communications strategies.
- You will write detailed, clear and well-orchestrated briefs.
- You will work with a talented and diverse team to create visually appealing communications.
- You will build relationships with stakeholders, follow-up on performance and insights to learn how we can iterate to have more impact.
- You will convey ideas and beliefs with imagination and conviction, using creativity to challenge assumptions and ask 'what if'.
- You will live and breathe what competitors are doing in the space – and bring a strong point-of-view on what Wise should be doing to cut through and deliver best-in-class communications.
This role will give you the opportunity to:
- Be impactful: This is a key growth area for Wise, we’re only at the beginning of this journey and the sky's the limit. This role is a great opportunity to define how we talk about our products to customers and how we elevate our brand.
- Be creative: You will use curiosity and creativity to challenge the status quo and deliver confident ideas, while always considering commercial impact. You will bring inspiration from everywhere, constantly striving to connect our brand to culture and the world’s our customers live in.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio of high-impact product launch, Mission and brand communication strategies.
- Passion for data and how it informs best-in-class communications.
- Proven experience in working with Product & CRM teams.
- Experience designing communications for multiple locales.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
For everyone, everywhere. We’re people building money without borders — without judgement or prejudice, too. We believe teams are strongest when they are diverse, equitable and inclusive. We’re proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences. Inclusive teams help us live our values and make sure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to contribute towards our mission and able to progress in their careers.
