hackajob is collaborating with Wise to connect them with exceptional professionals for this role. Ensure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application.

Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world's money. Min fees. Max ease. Full speed. Whether people and businesses are sending money to another country, spending abroad, or making and receiving international payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.

We're looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join Wise's Competitive Intelligence (Comparison) mission: acquire new customers by demonstrating why Wise is the better choice. Comparison is one of the most effective ways to help customers understand the true cost of moving and managing money — by exposing hidden fees, making competitor pricing transparent, and helping people choose a fairer option. You'll work closely with a cross-functional product team and partner with Growth, Pricing, Marketing, and Compliance to turn competitor intelligence into scalable products, always-on claims, and measurable acquisition impact.

In this role, you'll have a unique opportunity to work with a rich, complex competitor dataset and build the analytics foundations (models, monitoring, accuracy frameworks) required to trust and scale comparison insights across the Wise product suite — not just international transfers.

Your mission: At Wise our mission is 'Building the best way to move and manage the world's money Min fees. Max ease. Full speed.' Whether our customers are sending money to another country, spending money abroad, or making and receiving international business payments, Wise is on a mission to make their lives easier and save them money.

Here's how you'll be contributing:

  • Own the Competitive Intelligence analytical domain by building scalable price competitiveness tracking (Wise vs competitors, including promotional periods), and creating the frameworks and reporting that highlight situation-based competitiveness and surface insights on where we can win (market selection, segment focus, product areas).
  • Be a strategic partner on competitiveness: proactively translate pricing/competitor signals into clear, actionable insights tailored to the needs of Product, Growth, Pricing and Marketing, and influence prioritisation and follow-through so the insights are adopted and drive measurable impact.
  • Contribute to, own, create and track OKRs for the Competitive Intelligence/Comparison mission, keeping teams accountable through clear targets, progress tracking, and decision-ready reporting.
  • Own measurement & attribution for comparison-led acquisition: define how we quantify incremental impact from comparison insights and claims across channels (Paid, CRM, SEO and beyond); partner with stakeholders to align on success metrics and controls; report performance clearly to senior audiences.
  • Optimise user-facing comparison tools across the Wise product suite: deepen understanding of conversion drivers, including 'non-cheapest-path' users; improve performance via robust analysis, segmentation, and experimentation (A/B tests, holdouts, quasi-experimental approaches where needed).
  • Own optimisation data products and pipelines: identify what data and modeling needs to be collected and automated to build scalable comparison intelligence (including dbt models, metric layers, monitoring, and reliability frameworks).

A bit about you:

  • You have a background working in product analytics (pricing knowledge is a plus).
  • End-to-end analytical ownership: you can frame ambiguous problems (e.g., 'where do comparisons drive the most value?' / 'how do we win non-cheapest-path users?'), define success metrics, and drive prioritisation from insight to recommendations and measurement plan.
  • Strong SQL + analytics engineering fundamentals: you have advanced SQL skills and are comfortable building scalable datasets and definitions (e.g., dbt models, metric layers). You care about data quality, pipeline reliability, and building self-serve reporting rather than one-off analyses.
  • Influential communication & stakeholder partnering: you can work effectively with cross-functional partners (Product, Growth/SEO, Pricing, Engineering, Compliance, Marketing and Regional), communicate clearly, and use data to support decisions and trade-offs.
  • Experimentation & analytical judgement: you have experience running experiments (A/B tests or similar) and applying sound judgement in messy, real-world data environments.
  • Data visualisation & storytelling: you have experience with data visualisation tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau etc.) and can communicate insights in a clear, actionable way.

Please note we are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this level.

We believe teams are strongest when they are diverse, equitable and inclusive. We're proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences. Inclusive teams help us live our values and make sure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to contribute towards our mission and able to progress in their careers.
