What you'll be doing:
- You’ll be levelling up the quality of our existing content across Send — a squad that’s revolutionising how people transfer money across borders to be as cheap, easy and fast as possible.
- The Send squad is central to Wise's mission of building an open, fair and human financial system.
- In this role, you’ll play a central role in enabling customers to send large amounts of money quickly and with absolute confidence.
- You’ll invest time in deeply understanding our customers and their needs, so that you can design and deliver experiences that make complex processes like cross-currency transfers clear, engaging and effortless.
- You’ll also be part of the Content Guild, and will regularly collaborate with the content community across Wise.
Here’s how you’ll contribute:
- Get to know our customers, building empathy and a deep understanding of their needs.
- Use your expertise to discover, design and deliver simple, beautifully crafted, intuitive experiences that customers love.
- Influence teams and stakeholders to increase customer-centeredness, creativity, and content quality across the squad.
- Work with designers from other squads to build a single, seamless experience for customers.

- Strong interest and foundational understanding of AI, including as part of your design process.
- Exceptional content craft and a desire for quality.
- Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback.
