Wise is a global technology company, building the best way to move and manage the world's money. As part of our team, you will be helping us create an entirely new network for the world's money. We are redefining what a "current account" or "savings account" means for an international life. Through our Assets product, we enable customers to move their money out of 0% interest holding accounts and into government-backed Interest assets or global Stocks, all while retaining instant access to spend and send their funds globally. We have successfully launched Assets in the UK, EEA, Singapore, Australia, and Brazil, managing billions in customer funds.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to be the strategic commercial voice of the Assets product. This is not a downstream "marketing communications" role. You will own the go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and lifecycle adoption for our investment products globally. Your challenge is to explain complex financial mechanics (Money Market Funds, Equity Indices, Yields) in a way that is simple, transparent, and radically fair. You will bridge the gap between "regulatory compliance" and "customer delight," ensuring that users understand how to grow their wealth with Wise safely.

You will translate wealth-tech concepts (APY, Yield, Fund Performance, Risk) into clear, human value propositions that resonate with diverse customer segments — from freelancers in Brazil to expats in Singapore.

Market and competitor intelligence: You will help the team map user needs and anxieties regarding "savings" and "investments" to inform the product roadmap, ensuring we are building solutions that solve real problems, not just features.

Lead the GTM strategy for launching Assets in new markets (e.g., expanding our footprint in APAC or the Americas) and deploying new asset classes. You will coordinate cross-functional teams (Legal, Compliance, PR, Paid Media, CRM) to execute flawless, compliant launches. You'll continuously think about how we can get more customers to try Assets, how to tweak the messaging to make it more locally compelling, and what the right channels to reach potential customers are. You'll root these decisions in data, and work closely with both the product and marketing teams to execute high-value campaigns. You will equip them with the pitch decks, FAQs, and "battle cards" needed to support customers and answer complex questions about risk and returns.

Product Marketing Native: You have 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing, preferably within FinTech, WealthTech, or a high-growth B2C platform.

Financial Literacy: You are comfortable with concepts like Assets Under Management (AUM), APY, Yield, Liquidity, and Capital at Risk. You can explain the difference between a Savings Account and a Money Market Fund to a layperson without jargon.

Regulatory Comfort: You view compliance not as a blocker, but as a design constraint to master.

Data-Driven Storyteller: You don't just write copy; You are comfortable using data (SQL, Looker, Mixpanel familiarity is a plus) to measure the impact of your messaging and iterate based on conversion funnels. You are experienced in localizing value propositions for varying markets and regulatory environments.

To help you prepare, here is what we will be assessing during the interview process: We want to see how you link "soft" marketing activities (e.g., Show us how you used data to drive a decision. Demonstrate your expertise in understanding and mapping a complex user funnel — from the trigger (financial anxiety/need) to the resolution (product adoption). Show us how you identified friction points and smoothed them out with content or product changes.

We're people building money without borders — without judgement or prejudice, too. Inclusive teams help us live our values and make sure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to contribute towards our mission and able to progress in their careers.
