The Pricing Squad sets company-wide pricing principles, calculates & sets the right prices, and owns the platform that reliably delivers and transparently communicates our pricing to customers. This is the engine room of our financial growth.
As the Product Lead, you'll lead a team of (3) experienced Product Managers to develop our Pricing strategy as we continue to work towards our mission of Money without Borders. Additionally, you'll partner with our Global and Regional Product teams as well as our Marketing, Finance and Compliance teams to continually evolve our pricing capabilities.
YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE TO THE WISE MISSION BY:
- Owning the Pricing Engine: You'll build and evolve the Pricing systems, features, and delivery pipelines that drive customer adoption and sustainable growth for Wise.
- Shaping Our Strategy: Partner with commercial leads and leaders across Wise to evolve our pricing frameworks as we expand into new markets and products.
- Making Pricing Transparent: Lead initiatives to improve pricing comprehension and customer experience across every Wise product, ensuring our users always know exactly what they're paying for.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Ownership: You have multiple years of hands-on experience in Product (or equivalent domain), with a track record of building and scaling products.
- Data-Driven: You're analytically minded, fluent with numbers, and can navigate large-scale data pipelines. You're an empathetic communicator who can translate complex technical, numerical, and financial concepts to diverse audiences.
- Leadership: You've led product managers before, and you know how to build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
- Problem Solving: You're not afraid to challenge the status quo and are flexible in your approach, always putting the Wise mission first.
- Domain Expertise: While we're open-minded on the precise background, we're particularly interested in candidates with experience in: Setting commercial frameworks and price strategies in fintech or other industries with complex pricing models (e.g., subscriptions, paywalls). Working in domains like finance, pricing, growth, or financial reporting (FP&A). Navigating regulatory requirements, such as Consumer Duty, for a product. Understanding of payments, the FX market, or financial services.
NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:
- You're proficient with SQL and Excel.
- You have worked on consumer facing products with proven UX competence and a strong design intuition.
Salary Range: £120,000 - £165,000+ (depending on experience and interview performance)
