Your Mission

We're looking for a Product Director to join our Wise Account squad, with an ambitious mission to build the world's best account for moving and managing money - for anyone, anywhere. You will be responsible for leading the core multi-currency account product and platform, spearheading the development of new account products and offerings, and ultimately building the world's best money management experience. Your product area will sit at the very core of the Wise experience, giving you the opportunity to play a pivotal role in Wise's product direction and empower millions of customers every month.

Here's How You'll Be Contributing to Wise

  • Shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area, using a combination of data, customer research, broader market insights, and strong value-driven principles.
  • Deliver on the strategy and KPIs by prioritising the most impactful projects on a quarterly basis, and working closely with Engineers, Designers, Analysts, Researchers, Compliance, and beyond.
  • Start as an IC, but hire product managers and grow your organisation as necessary to deliver on your strategy.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with other product teams and departments to deliver the best possible experience for the customer, including influencing areas not in your direct control.
  • Go beyond the traditional boundaries of a product role to help deliver faster, whether it's owning your product's compliance risk, helping unblock technical issues, or analysing data yourself where necessary.
  • Report to the Account squad product director, whose role is to help you find your own path to having a massive impact on the Wise mission.

This Role Will Give You the Opportunity To

  • Directly impact millions of customers worldwide, shaping how they experience and interact with their Wise Account.
  • Own and execute your vision, with the autonomy to make key product decisions and see them through.
  • Work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, where your work will have a direct and measurable impact on customers globally.
  • Collaborate with a world-class team of engineers, designers, researchers, and analysts to bring ideas to life.

For everyone, everywhere. We're people building money without borders — without judgement or prejudice, too. We believe teams are strongest when they are diverse, equitable and inclusive. We're proud to have a truly international team, and we celebrate our differences. Inclusive teams help us live our values and make sure every Wiser feels respected, empowered to contribute towards our mission and able to progress in their careers.
