Job responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a comprehensive ASO roadmap specifically tailored to Wise’s product offerings.
  • Conduct deep‑dive research to identify high‑intent search terms that drive not just 'browsing,' but high‑value app adoption.
  • Audit our core listings and establish a continuous pipeline of A/B experiments (visuals, copy, and metadata) to improve the journey from Impression -> Download.
  • Design and implement a content calendar for In‑App Events (iOS) and Promotional Content (Android) to drive re‑engagement and visibility.
  • Build and deploy a strategy for Custom Product Pages (CPP) and Custom Store Listings (CSL) to align our store presence with specific marketing campaigns and user segments.
  • Partner with our analysts to build a robust measurement framework, ensuring every experiment is tracked and every win is quantified.

About you / Requirements:

  • You have a proven track record of managing ASO for high‑growth apps, ideally in Fintech.
  • You don’t just report on rankings; you understand the nuances of conversion loops and how ASO impacts the wider growth funnel.
  • Experience using Custom Product Pages to improve download rate.
  • You are deeply familiar with App Store Connect and Google Play Console, including their native testing tools.
  • You can bridge the gap between 'what the algorithm wants' and 'what the user needs to see.'
  • You have experience with writing high‑quality briefs for designers that balance 'cool looking' with 'high‑converting.'
  • You are comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced environment and can manage stakeholders across marketing and product.
