- Site Assessments & Feasibility: Conduct site visits and technical surveys to evaluate venue constraints, infrastructure, access and regulatory requirements; advise on viable and innovative solutions.
- Supplier & Crew Coordination: Scope, source and brief equipment suppliers and freelance technicians—ensuring appropriate resourcing, clear roles and alignment with delivery expectations.
- Onsite Technical Leadership: Lead technical teams through build, live and de-rig phases—ensuring safe, timely and high-standard execution, with efficient troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Health & Safety & Compliance: Own all H&S aspects of technical delivery—producing RAMS, ensuring CDM compliance where applicable, and coordinating safety with venues and contractors.
