Position Overview

At the heart of Wise Productions are our valued venue partners. This role is accountable for nurturing our venue client portfolio, as well as being integral to new venue and client acquisition, identifying potential clients, generating new leads, and developing relationships with new partners. Reporting into the Director of Marketing & Partnerships, this role will lead the charge in ensuring Wise remains a preferred production supplier across London and beyond. The Venue Partnerships Manager will oversee the performance and revenue strategy company wide, contributing to business growth and operational excellence.

Key Accountabilities

  • Cultivate and grow long term relationships with venue partners and key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
  • Track and report venue partnership performance via CRM.
  • Lead on venue tenders, onboarding, and accreditations.
  • Develop and implement cross-departmental strategies to drive venue-related revenue and performance.
  • Identify potential new clients and new venue partners, generating new leads, and developing relationships with new partners.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Organise and attend venue partner meetings, client entertainment, and cultivation activities.
  • Support successful delivery of venue cultivation events, leading on guestlist curation.
  • Be accountable for the full venue tender and accreditation process, from annual scheduling, cross departmental contributions and pitching.
  • Oversee successful delivery of all venue partner onboarding activities.
  • Contribute to venue-led marketing collateral and joint campaigns.
  • Stay informed on venue sector trends and opportunities.
  • Drive targeted venue accreditation growth inside London, across the UK and internationally.
  • Work interdepartmentally to integrate venue knowledge, processes, and best practices across the company, supporting colleagues in projects, sales, and operations.
  • Provide internal training and updates to ensure teams are aware of venue guidelines, requirements, and opportunities.
  • Support Marketing & Partnership colleagues with new business activities.
  • Champion Wise’s employee-owned model as a key differentiator in client engagement.
  • Support Wise’s sustainability mission.
