Wise Owls Childcare is seeking a dynamic and organised individual to take on a unique dual role combining, Deputy Club Manager (Furze Platt ASC & Holiday Club):

Support day-to-day running of the club
Lead activities and ensure the wellbeing of children aged 4-14
Supervise staff and uphold safeguarding standards
Approx. 5 days/week in term time, 3 days/week in holidays
Office Administrator (Term Time & Holidays):

General admin duties: emails, spreadsheets, calls, document handling
Support with staffing, compliance, and scheduling

Approx. 5 days/week in term time, 2 days/week in holidays

This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified childcare professional who also enjoys administrative tasks and thrives in a varied role., Level 3 Childcare Qualification (essential)
Strong admin and organisational skills
Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, email and telephone communication
Excellent written and spoken English
A proactive team player who can also work independently

Full UK driving licence (essential – role involves travel between sites)

Working Pattern
Term Time: 5 days/week (split between office and club)
Holiday Club: Approx. 2 days/week office, 3 days/week club
Annual Leave: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)
