A Customer Onboarder looks after the membership side of the company. This person will be responsible for our membership subscribers, being our members' go-to for any customer enquiry, ensuring a positive customer experience so that the clients are getting the most out of their subscription. It will entail reporting all feedback to the relevant departments so that we are constantly improving the subscribers' service with our organisation.
About you
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher).
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Previous experience in a sales role is a plus but not required.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the role.
Responsibilities
- Delivering excellent customer service through maintaining good relationships.
- Providing knowledge on all subscriptions to assist with any customer enquiry.
- Providing support to the sales team.
- Reporting customer feedback, concerns, and issues to the Sales Manager and any other relevant department.
- Dealing with subscription renewals.
- Recording incoming email and phone enquiries rapidly and efficiently.
- Demonstrating good telephone skills and a persuasive demeanour.
- Using Word, Excel, and Publisher.
- Gathering market and customer information as input to sales activities.
