My industry leading client based in Dorking is looking for a full-time Receptionist/Office Administrator to join them from 20 January – ongoing. For the right individual, this opportunity could go permanent, although, it’s not an issue if you are only looking for a temp role, whilst they find a permanent individual for the role.
Duties will include:
Meeting and greeting visitors
Organising parking for visitors
Basic facilities
Ensuring refreshment areas are well stocked and clean/tidy
Organising meeting rooms
Opening and sorting post
General administration support
This role is full-time, Monday to Friday, office based. They are a lovely company – so are looking for a warm and friendly individual to be their front of house face of the business.
