Are you a confident and creative Marketing professional with a real passion for all things digital? We are looking for a proactive Marketing & Communications Executive to become an instrumental part of a busy and collaborative Marketing team. This is a varied and hands-on role where you will have the opportunity to take ownership of digital marketing activity, create engaging content and campaigns, and really make your mark.

The Role

  • Creating engaging content across social media, email, websites and other digital channels
  • Developing and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Managing and growing social media presence and engagement
  • Using HubSpot to support marketing campaigns and communications
  • Managing website content through WordPress
  • Supporting email marketing activity
  • Monitoring campaign performance and analysing results
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting wider communications and marketing projects, including magazine production

About You

We are looking for someone who is creative, digitally savvy and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You will need:

  • Strong experience using HubSpot essential
  • Excellent digital marketing and content creation skills
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Experience across social media and email marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of people
  • A proactive, organised and can-do attitude
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and as part of a team

Experience with platforms such as Mailchimp, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite would also be beneficial. This is a hybrid role, but you must be happy to work from the London office every Thursday.
