About the Role

We are looking for a driven Mortgage Advisor to provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to clients. You’ll receive full training and ongoing support, including lead generation, marketing resources, and coaching in client development. With flexible hybrid working in modern offices, this role is perfect for someone passionate about delivering excellent advice and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to clients
• Manage cases from enquiry through to completion
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate referrals
• Keep up-to-date with industry knowledge and CPD requirements

Requirements

• CeMAP or CII Certificate in Mortgage Advice (or equivalent)
• Located within 60 minutes of Cranleigh for training and team activities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
