We are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to manage a broad caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and freehold/leasehold transactions. This isn’t your average legal practice — they genuinely care about wellbeing, provide a comfortable and luxurious workplace, and offer thoughtful perks (yes, they even provide workplace slippers because they know you spend a lot of your life at your desk!). You’ll provide expert, transparent advice to clients, agents, brokers, and referrers while proactively managing your own caseload. You’ll also have the opportunity to bring your own client connections, build new relationships, and actively contribute to business development in a supportive, collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Handle residential property transactions independently, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Deliver clear, timely advice with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
- Use technology and case management systems to streamline workflows and enhance the client experience.
- Support business growth through networking and referrals.
- Collaborate with colleagues, sharing knowledge and maintaining a positive team culture.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Proven experience managing a full caseload of property transactions.
- Strong referral network or client portability is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Confident using conveyancing systems and digital platforms.
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
If you’re a skilled Conveyancer looking for a supportive, values-driven team, a workplace that genuinely cares about wellbeing, and the chance to manage your own caseload in a modern, welcoming environment — apply today.
