Wise May are looking for a Workplace Services Coordinator to join a leading law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly professional environment and support the smooth day to day running of workplace services. This is a hands-on role focused on reprographics, document production and post room services, ensuring a high level of service is delivered across the firm. This is a 12 month fixed term contract. The role is fully office based with 37.5 hours a week between 08:30-17:30.

Workplace Services Coordinator duties and responsibilities:

  • Providing reprographics support including printing, binding and document preparation
  • Assisting with document production through scanning, formatting and printing requests
  • Ensuring printers and equipment are maintained and stocked
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing post, couriers and deliveries
  • Supporting the team with general floor duties and office support
  • Assisting with meeting room and office support where required

Workplace Services Coordinator key skills and experience required:

  • Previous experience within a workplace services, facilities, post room or reprographics role within the legal sector
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
